CAPAC is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) charitable organization. CAPAC develops extraordinary art that emphasizes the rich culture and ethnic traditions of people of color. CAPAC provides creative expression opportunities for diverse people of all age groups through acting, singing, dancing, creative writing and community engagement in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
