Do you love the “arts?” Consider being a CAPAC volunteer! It’s the perfect opportunity to make a contribution to our promising future. Your contributions will play a role in the success of CAPAC and will assist in providing quality cultural arts to our community. Volunteers are needed for performances in the ticket office, ushering, backstage and technical assistance.

Volunteering Instructions
Just complete the form below. Be sure to indicate any job preferences you may have. The basic time commitment is approximately one (1) hour and 30 minutes before the performance and until the audience departs after the performance. Priority placement will go to returning volunteers with at least one season of experience. Every effort will be made to satisfy your requests of preferred jobs and events.

	Artists Hospitality - Prepares catering and dining set up. Attends to performer requests for sundry items (ironing boards, extra napkins, etc). Requires a greater commitment of time as artists arrive many hours before a performance.
	Backstage Crew - Occasionally additional help is needed backstage moving equipment, ironing clothes, assisting with quick changes. Requires a greater commitment of time as production set-up will take place prior to performances.
	Tenth Anniversary Committee - Helps to generate and execute programming and marketing for CAPAC’s upcoming tenth year anniversary scheduled for February 2014.
	Usher - Assists with pulling tickets, distributing programs, escorting people to their seats prior to and during a performance. Requires at least two rehearsal prior to performance night.
	Volunteer Coordinator - Contacts people in the volunteer pool for events needing additional help. May also recruit new volunteers for CAPAC performances. Requires a greater commitment of time due to being responsible for creating certificates, a volunteer database and making contacts for give-a-ways to volunteers.
